How to Dry Nail Polish Quickly – 6 Ways You Can Follow

But unfortunately, nail polish take can take too much time to dry, and definitely, that is an annoying thing.

Do you know, by following some tricks, you can dry your nail polish in the fastest way? Today we will tell you the six easy ways of how to dry nail polish quickly.

1. Quick-dry top coat

Using a topcoat is very important to complete the application of nail polish. The topcoat keeps the nail polish safe and makes it durable.

Another advantage of using a topcoat is that it dries the nail polish quickly. But remember one thing.

All the topcoat is not the same. You have to choose a topcoat that helps to dry nail polish quickly.

2. Apply thin coats of nail polish

Applying more than one coat is wiser rather than applying thick coats. Thick coats take too much time to dry. Waiting for 20/25 minutes carefully without moving hands is not a joyful experience.

To prevent this struggle, try to apply thinner coats that dry quickly and make the nail polish more durable.

3. Make sure each layer dries completely before applying another coat.

If you start to apply another coat without drying the existing layer, the whole procedure of applying nail polish will fail. Your nail polish will be no more durable and will peel off after some time of applying.

So, wait until a coat of nail polish dries (when you think one coat should dry, touch it with your fingertip. If that does not smudge, then you are sure the layer of nail polish is dry.)

Then apply another coat. If you follow this trick, your nail polish will dry quickly and will last long for many days.

4. Dip finger in ice-cold water

Take a bowl and fill it with ice-cold water. Keep 4/5 ice cubes in the bowl. You have to prepare this bowl before applying nail polish. Else you will face trouble to prepare it with wet nail polish on nails.

Apply your favorite color and design and let it dry by air for one minute, and dip your nails into the ice-cold water for 3-5 minutes. The ice-cold water hardens nail polish very quickly.

5. Use hairdryer

Set your hairdryer into a low temperature that provides cold air. Then Blow the cold air across the whole fingertips simultaneously.

Keep blowing the cold air for at least 3-4 minutes. Remember to blow the air far away from the nails otherwise, the blowing will ruin your nail polish. This is the easiest way of how to make nail polish dry quicker than any other process.

6. Cooking spray

You can also use regular cooking spray, baby oil, or olive oil. Take any of the oil into a dropper. And apply a little bit of oil to the top of your finger after painting your nails with nail polish.

Wait for 2/3 minutes to dry nail polish. Try to apply a small drop of oil that dries the nail polish quickly. We have already told a thinner coat dries faster. Baby oil thins the nail polish that is how it helps to dry the nail polish faster.

Conscious

  • Don’t forget to dry your nail polish by air for at least one minute before dipping it into the ice-cold water.
  • Make sure the hairdryer blows cold air while drying nail polish with a hairdryer. Otherwise, the warm air may create a bubble on your nail polish.
  • While following the cooking spray trick to dry the nail polish, wait for 1/2 minutes to dry them initially, before applying the oil. Or your nail polish may ruin.

Conclusion

Nail polish is one of the most used nail designing products. You don’t have to go to the manicurist to paint your hands with nail polish.

In a  short time, you can get unique and elegant nail transformation by yourself. Some people face trouble when they have to wait much time to dry the nail polish.
